At Lahore Textiles, we follow a systematic, quality-focused manufacturing process that ensures every garment meets international standards. Here’s how we bring your designs to life — step by step.
Step 01 — Design & Tech Pack Review
Share your design files, tech packs, or even rough sketches. Our team reviews every detail — measurements, construction, fabric requirements, and branding specifications. If you don’t have a tech pack, our design team can help create one from your concept.
Step 02 — Fabric Sourcing & Selection
We source the perfect fabrics for your product. Choose from our extensive library — cotton, polyester, fleece, dri-fit, linen, twill, and more. We can match Pantone colors and provide fabric swatches for your approval before production begins.
Step 03 — Pattern Making & Grading
Our pattern makers create precise patterns from your specifications. We grade sizes across your full range (XS to 5XL or custom) and create a complete size set for your approval.
Step 04 — Sample Development
Before bulk production, we create pre-production samples for your review. You receive detailed photos and can request revisions until the sample meets your exact requirements. Sample cost is adjusted against your bulk order.
Step 05 — Bulk Fabric Cutting
Once approved, we cut fabric in bulk using precision cutting machines. Computer-aided cutting ensures minimal fabric waste and consistent accuracy across all pieces in your order.
Step 06 — Stitching & Assembly
Skilled operators assemble your garments on industrial sewing machines. Each piece is constructed following your tech pack specifications. We use reinforced stitching for durability and clean finishing for professional presentation.
Step 07 — Printing, Embroidery & Finishing
Custom branding is applied — screen printing, DTG, sublimation, heat transfer, flat embroidery, 3D puff, or chain stitch. Finishing touches include label attachment, button/zipper installation, and thread trimming.
Step 08 — Quality Inspection (AQL)
Every garment passes through multi-stage quality control. We check measurements, stitching, print quality, color accuracy, and overall finish. AQL-based inspection ensures export-grade quality on every piece.
Step 09 — Ironing & Packaging
Garments are professionally pressed, folded, and packed according to your specifications — individual polybags, custom hang tags, branded packaging, or bulk packing for retail distribution.
Step 10 — Export & Shipment
We handle all export documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Your order is shipped via sea freight, air cargo, or courier (DHL/FedEx) based on your preference.
