MOQ & Payment Terms

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, per color. This applies to all product categories including shirts, hoodies, trousers, shorts, tracksuits, and uniforms. This low minimum makes us an ideal partner for startups, emerging brands, and businesses testing new products.

For orders below 100 pieces, we offer sampling services so you can evaluate our quality before committing to a bulk order.

Payment Terms

50% Advance Payment — Due upon order confirmation. This secures your production slot and allows us to begin fabric sourcing and preparation.

50% Before Shipment — Remaining balance due after production is complete and you’ve approved quality inspection photos.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), Western Union, and other payment methods as mutually agreed. All payments are in USD unless otherwise arranged.

Sampling Costs

Sample pricing depends on product complexity, fabric, and decoration. Simple samples typically range from $30–$80. Sample costs are adjusted against your bulk order payment, so you effectively get sampling for free when you proceed with production.

Production Lead Time

Standard production takes 15–30 working days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush production is available for urgent orders at an additional charge.

Bulk Discount Structure

• 100 – 500 pieces: Standard pricing. Full customization, all services included.
• 500 – 1,000 pieces: Volume discount — 5-10% reduction on unit price.
• 1,000 – 5,000 pieces: Bulk rate — 10-15% reduction + priority production.
• 5,000+ pieces: Enterprise pricing — best rates + dedicated production line.

Can I order less than 100 pieces?

Do you offer credit terms?

For first-time orders, we follow the standard 50/50 payment structure. For established clients with a proven order history, we can discuss flexible payment terms.

What currency do you accept?

We primarily work in USD. EUR and GBP are also accepted. PKR for domestic orders.
