Quality is the foundation of everything we do at Lahore Textiles. Our comprehensive quality control system ensures that every garment leaving our factory meets international export standards and your exact specifications.

Our 6-Stage Quality Control Process

1. Fabric Inspection

Incoming fabric tested for GSM weight, color consistency, shrinkage rate, colorfastness, and defects before entering production.

2. Cutting Accuracy

Cut pieces checked against patterns for measurement accuracy, grain alignment, and clean cutting edges.

3. In-Line Stitching QC

Random checks during stitching for seam strength, stitch count, alignment, and construction quality.

4. Print & Embroidery QC

Color accuracy, print placement, embroidery registration, and decoration durability verified against approved samples.

5. Final Garment Inspection

AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) based inspection — measurements, overall finish, labeling, and packaging checked on every piece.

6. Pre-Shipment Audit

Complete order review with detailed photographs shared with client for approval before dispatch.

What We Test

Our quality team checks for: measurement accuracy (within ±0.5 inch tolerance), stitching quality (SPI count, seam strength), color consistency (Pantone matching), print/embroidery quality, fabric defects, button/zipper functionality, label placement, and overall garment finish.

Pre-Shipment Photos

Before every shipment, we share detailed quality inspection photographs with our clients via WhatsApp or email. You can review the finished products, request any adjustments, and give final approval before we dispatch your order.
